Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Kreevo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18+, or 13+ with parental consent.
• One account per person — account sharing may lead to suspension.

3. Acceptable Use

Kreevo is a design tool. You may not use it to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party intellectual property, contains hate speech, harasses or defames real people, or is sexually explicit involving minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of designs you create on Kreevo. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process your content in order to operate the service (e.g. rendering exports, running AI generation features you request).

5. AI-Generated Content

Kreevo's AI features (image generation, background removal, text removal, upscaling, template/presentation generation) call third-party AI providers. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output, including verifying you have rights to any source images you upload.

6. Plans, Credits & Payments

• Free, Pro, and Team plans are described on our Pricing page — features and AI credit allowances may change; the current Pricing page is authoritative.
• AI credits reset to your plan's monthly allowance on each billing renewal and do not roll over.
• Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Kreevo never sees or stores your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing section of your Account page.

7. Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@kreevo.app.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of Kreevo after a change constitutes acceptance.
